Find, Fix, and Export Entries in a Table
Open every entry on a page or every value of a metric as a table, to sort it, correct it, change devices in bulk, delete, or export it.
Updated
Each page’s History shows your recent entries. When you need all of them, to find one, fix several, or take them elsewhere, open its Data page.
Open the Data Page
- On a page such as Body or Transactions, choose See all data beside the History heading. Its Data page lists every entry on the topic.
- On a metric’s page, choose See all data at the end of its History. Its Data page lists every value of the metric, calculated ones included.
A choice you made on the page, such as Balances’ account, carries over.
Pick a Type
A page holds several types of entry: Vitals, for example, has blood pressure readings, ECGs, and single metrics such as resting heart rate. Use Type at the top to pick one. With All types, the Data page lists everything, newest first by day, as the Timeline does. With one type picked, it’s a full table.
Work With the Table
- Sort by any column from its header.
- Columns chooses which columns show.
- Each value shows where it came from (Manual, Imported, or Calculated) and the device that measured it. An empty cell reads None.
- Rows per page and the arrows at the foot page through it, however many entries there are.
Fix Several at Once
Select rows with their checkboxes, or every row on the page with the checkbox in the header, then open the selection’s … menu:
- Change device gives them all one device, or none.
- Delete removes them, after you confirm.
- Edit, with one row selected, opens its form.
Imported rows can’t be deleted or given another device here; see Edit or Delete an Entry.
Export a Table
On a metric’s page, or on a Data page with one type picked, choose the … menu at the top right, then Export data, as CSV or JSON. It downloads every row the table lists, at any size. To export everything at once, see Export Your Data.
Minute-by-Minute Data
Imported streams such as minute-by-minute heart rate and steps aren’t listed on a topic’s Data page, where they’d drown everything else. Find them on their metric’s Data page instead.
