Change the Units Kaizora Shows
Choose the unit each kind of measurement is shown in, such as pounds or kilograms, without changing anything you've logged.
Updated
Your region picks sensible defaults, and you can choose your own unit for each kind of measurement. A unit only changes how values are shown: nothing you’ve logged changes.
Choose Your Units
- Open Settings, then the Units tab.
- Under each area, such as Body and Vitals, Nutrition, Activity, Environment, Labs, and Money, choose a unit for each kind of measurement, such as Body Weight, Body Measurements, Distance, Temperature, Energy, or Currency.
Each choice saves at once. Default names the unit your region uses, such as “Default (lb)”, and follows your region if it changes.
Each kind is set on its own, so you can weigh yourself in stones and still measure your waist in centimetres.
From a Metric’s Page
A metric’s … menu, at the top right of its page, has its Display Unit. It’s the same setting as on the Units tab, so it changes every metric of that kind at once.
Some Units Worth Knowing
- Macronutrients: protein, carbohydrate, and fat are logged and shown in grams. The Food Log’s cards and Nutrition’s Overview also show them as the energy they yield, in your unit of Dietary Energy, kilocalories or kilojoules, since many people count them that way. Fibre is always in grams.
- Alcohol can be shown in grams or in your country’s standard drinks, such as 14 g in the US or 8 g for a UK unit.
Typing in Another Unit
When you log a value, its unit menu lets you type it in whatever you have, whatever your display unit. See Log a Value.
