What Each Health Page Is For
A quick tour of Health's Overview and its pages, from Body and Vitals to Sleep, Hearing, Wellbeing, Symptoms, Menstrual Cycle, and Labs.
Updated
Health, in the sidebar, gathers your body, vitals, sleep, and the rest of your health data. Each page is a tab along the top, and each shows its chart, then History, its entries by day, then Metrics, the metrics you track there.
Overview
Your weight over time, then Health’s Trends and any metrics out of range.
Body
Weight and body fat percentage over time, with everything else about your body: height, muscle and bone mass, body water percentage, circumferences such as your waist, and a DEXA scan’s bone density and regional fat and lean mass. Calculated values, such as body mass index and basal metabolic rate, are here too.
Vitals
Blood pressure and resting heart rate over time, with heart rate and its variability, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, body temperature by where it was taken, blood glucose, spirometry, and ECG recordings with their classification. A blood pressure reading is one entry with its systolic, diastolic, and pulse.
Sleep
Your sleep scores and your latest sleep’s length and efficiency, then each day’s time in each stage. See Log and Read Your Sleep.
Hearing
The sound levels around you and in your headphones, and each ear’s pure-tone average from your audiograms. An audiogram is one entry, with each ear’s threshold at each frequency.
Wellbeing
Your mood, energy, and stress over time, each on a scale of 1 to 5, and two questionnaires: the Karolinska Sleepiness Scale and the 10-item Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10).
Symptoms
How severe your symptoms were, your pain, and your stool form. See Keep a Symptom Diary.
Menstrual Cycle
Where you are in your cycle and your recent cycles, aligned by cycle day. See Track Your Menstrual Cycle.
Labs
Your latest blood draw’s results, each against the range the lab printed, with the draws before it a step away. See Log Your Lab Results.
